Please be sure you are not planting trees, shrubs or flowers in the Borough's 50-foot right of ways.
Mowing along the roadways will begin in May and run until the end of October. Keep basketball hoops, toys,
bicycles and vehicles out from along the roads and Borough's right of ways.
Driveway permits are required when doing maintenance repairs or placing concrete or asphalt on your existing
driveways. Review required prior to work and a final inspection upon completion. Applications are available at the Borough Office
5685 Fairfield Road, Carroll Valley; call 717-642-8269 ext. 21 to schedule inspections.
Do not place yard debris (leaves, grass clipping, brush, etc...) in the drainage ditches. This could clog
the driveway pipes and cause damage to your driveway and the streets.
All residents are responsible for maintaining their driveway pipe and apron area, if you need assistance
do not hesitate to call us and we will try to help or refer you in a direction of someone who can.
The Borough provides a dumpsite for leaves and grass clippings at the Municipal Service Office Building off Walnut Trail. Please follow
the signs to the dump area. No trees or brush debris accepted.
